How does the credit system work?

Each plan grants you a monthly volume of credits. Every render or edit consumes credits depending on the quality you request. The higher your plan, the more cost-effective each credit becomes thanks to volume discounts.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get a 14-day free trial to test the platform and generate your first renders. At the end of the trial, your subscription continues automatically at the chosen plan's price, unless you cancel before then.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. The subscription is monthly with no commitment: you can cancel whenever you want from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your business evolves. The change applies to your billing cycle.

Can I share my subscription with my team?

Yes. RenderThink lets you share a subscription within a team, with credits pooled across members. Everyone works from the same balance.

How does payment work?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, by credit card. Your card details never pass through our servers.
