Terms of Sale

Prices are displayed in euros (€). For French professional clients, prices are shown excl. VAT and incl. VAT (20% VAT). For European clients with a valid intra-community VAT number, VAT does not apply (reverse charge). Non-EU clients are exempt from VAT.

Single currency: Euro (€). For international clients, exchange rates are automatically applied by Stripe at the time of payment according to prevailing rates. Conversion fees may apply depending on your bank.

VAT and taxes: Automatic application based on the place of consumption principle. France: 20% VAT. EU with valid VAT number: 0% (reverse charge). EU without VAT number: rate of country of residence. Non-EU: 0% VAT. Any legal modification of rates will be applied immediately.

RenderThink reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with 30 days prior notice for ongoing subscriptions.

Orders are placed directly online via RenderThink's secure interface. The client selects their offer and proceeds to payment.

Every order receives an automatic email acknowledgment confirming order and payment details.

The order becomes final after payment validation by our Stripe provider and automatic service activation.

No order modification is possible after payment validation, except by contacting our commercial service.

Accepted payment methods: Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All payments are processed by Stripe, certified PCI-DSS Level 1, with 3D Secure 2 authentication.

All transactions are secured by SSL protocol and PCI DSS compliant. RenderThink stores no banking data.

Subscriptions: Recurring monthly or annual payment, charged at the beginning of the period. Credits: Immediate payment upon order. Service activation: Immediate after payment confirmation.

In case of payment failure, the order is automatically canceled. The client may retry or contact support.

In accordance with Articles L441-6 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment shall automatically incur: (i) late payment penalties calculated at three times the legal interest rate in force, due the day after the payment due date without any reminder being necessary; (ii) a fixed compensation for recovery costs of €40. Where actual recovery costs exceed this fixed amount, additional compensation may be claimed with supporting documentation.

RenderThink services being entirely digital, no physical delivery is required.

Service access is activated immediately after payment confirmation, 24/7.

Services are accessible via RenderThink's secure web interface upon account activation.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services whose execution has begun with the client's express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained during the ordering process.

By accessing RenderThink services and using credits, the client expressly consents to immediate execution and waives their right of withdrawal.

B2B Clients: The Consumer Code right of withdrawal does not apply to transactions between professionals. A free trial period is available to test the platform before any paid commitment.

Strict refund policy: Used credits and started subscriptions are non-refundable. Exception: major prolonged technical failure (>24h) completely preventing service use, documented and exclusively attributable to RenderThink. Qualitative dissatisfaction with AI renders does not constitute grounds for a refund.

In case of major malfunction preventing normal service use, compensation credits or partial refund may be granted.

Any refund request must be sent to contact@renderthink.com with detailed justification of the problem encountered.

Possible refunds are processed within 14 business days after request acceptance and refunded via the original payment method.

The client may cancel their subscription at any time from their client area. Cancellation takes effect at the current period's expiration date.

RenderThink may suspend or terminate access in case of non-payment, abusive use or ToS violation, after formal notice remains without effect.

Upon termination, service access is immediately suspended. Unused credits are lost, except in case of termination due to RenderThink fault.

RenderThink commits to providing services with a professional quality level.

We strive to ensure optimal service availability. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance when possible.

RenderThink's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client during the last 12 months.

RenderThink cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to force majeure, cyber attacks or third-party infrastructure failures.

Any claim must first be addressed to RenderThink via contact@renderthink.com for amicable resolution.

These Terms of Sale apply exclusively between professionals; consumer mediation provisions do not apply. The parties shall prioritize amicable resolution of disputes.

For disputes between professionals, only the Commercial Court of Grenoble (Tribunal de commerce de Grenoble) is competent, after amicable resolution attempt.

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of translation, only the French version is authoritative.

All commercial and legal correspondence is conducted in French.
