Your project is presented the same day, not three weeks later.

Photorealistic render: Living room under exposed beams

What holds up a project presentation

  1. You

V-Ray and Lumion require a high-end GPU, an expensive license and weeks of training to master materials, lighting and camera settings.

    RenderThink

AI rendering runs in the cloud from a browser. No dedicated graphics card, no installation, no training: you import your export and get a photorealistic render in under a minute.

  2. You

Presenting wireframe 3D views or raw SketchUp screenshots keeps the homeowner from picturing themselves in their future space.

    RenderThink

RenderThink turns your PNG, JPEG or WebP export into a photorealistic image faithful to your design, with believable textures, lighting and materials that drive buy-in. Your dimensions and layout are respected: it's your project, not an interpretation.

  3. You

Every client request (hardwood instead of tile, a darker wall) means reopening the 3D software, swapping the texture and relaunching a render that takes hours.

    RenderThink

AI editing works directly on the image: you paint the area to modify (floor, wall, ceiling or furniture) on an edit layer, choose the material or a real product from the catalog, and the result preserves the existing perspective and lighting in a matter of seconds.

  4. You

Sending a pixelated PDF or a ZIP of screenshots looks amateurish and slows down the client's decision.

    RenderThink

Assemble your renders into a polished presentation and share a secure link the client can view on phone, tablet or computer, as many times as they like.

From the SketchUp export to the client’s approval

  1. Export the project views

From SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, export each room as an image. No 3D file is sent: the exported view is enough, and your model stays exactly as it is.

  2. Start the whole project at once

The rooms go to render together and come back ready to present, in about a minute each. Finishes are then reworked zone by zone, leaving the rest of the image untouched.

  3. Present through a link, in your colors

Before and after, 360° tour, moodboard: it all fits into one presentation shared through a secure link, which the client opens on their phone without creating an account.

Frequently asked questions

Which architecture 3D software is compatible with RenderThink AI rendering?

RenderThink accepts any image export (PNG, JPEG, WebP) from SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Blender or 3ds Max, with nothing to install: you upload your view from the browser. In SketchUp, an optional plugin goes further and captures the view on screen directly, with no export step.

Do I need a powerful computer or a dedicated graphics card to render?

No. Rendering is handled server-side in the cloud: a simple web browser is enough, even on a low-end laptop. No dedicated graphics card is required, and each image renders in under a minute.

How do I change a floor or wall on a render without editing the 3D model?

AI editing works directly on the photorealistic image. You paint the area to modify (floor, wall, ceiling or furniture) on an edit layer, pick the new material or a catalog product, and the result appears in a few seconds, preserving the original perspective and lighting, without reopening SketchUp or Revit.

How does a practice work as a team?

The team space gathers projects, documents and conversations, organised in channels per site. Presentations and moodboards are co-edited live, with comments attached to the document and replies as you read. A member running low on credits can ask their teammates: any other member whose plan allows it responds and transfers the amount they choose.

How much does a render cost, and how long does it take?

A render comes back in about a minute (median times measured in production in September 2026: from 30 seconds in 1K to just over a minute in 8K) and uses credits included in your subscription, more in 4K and 8K. Presentations and teamwork in the practice use none; the free 14-day trial includes credits.
