October 2026: A New App, the Studio and Redesigned Presentations
RenderThink gets a fresh start: a new, clearer app that updates itself. Your creation tools now live together in the Studio, presentations and moodboards have been fully redesigned, and teamwork goes further. Here is what changes, and where to find it.
New features6
A new, clearer app that updates itself
Where to find it: The whole app: Dashboard, Projects, Studio, Gallery, Presentations, Moodboards, Collaboration
Nothing to do: sign in as usual. Screens update on their own: a finished render, a message from a collaborator or a change in your credit balance shows up without reloading the page. The "Notifications" bell groups news by subject (a reply from support, a mention, finished renders). "Collapse navigation" frees up screen space, and the "Help" menu restarts the "Guided tour" whenever you like.
The Studio brings rendering, editing, staging and upscaling onto one screen
Where to find it: Studio
Pick the mode at the top (Render, Edit, Staging, Upscale), then your images "From a project" or with "Import images". The image stays in the center, the settings alongside, and the bottom bar shows quality, cost and your balance before you launch. A launched generation is "In progress": you can move to another screen, the "Generations" panel keeps track of it and takes you back to the result. On the result, "Before / after" compares it with the original image, and Run again, Edit, Stage or Upscale carry on without starting over. "History" keeps your latest generations; older ones are in the Gallery.
Learn more: AI RenderingStaging: two ways to dress a room, and you choose the objects
Where to find it: Studio → Staging → "Staging approach"
"Automatic" extends the mood of the room: you only set the amount of accessories (Pared back, Balanced, Generous). "Custom" lets you choose the style, the colors, the character and the objects: untick what you do not want, such as rugs, plants or table lamps. "Save as preference" keeps your settings for next time. On the result, "Added by the staging" lists the objects placed, and "Stage other views" dresses other angles of the same room, aiming to reuse the same accessories. Staging dresses a room that is already furnished; it does not furnish it.
Learn more: AI DecorationRedesigned presentations: a clear document for your client, on screen and on paper
Where to find it: Presentations → "New presentation"
Start "From a template" (complete presentations with real images: custom kitchen, joinery, renovation…), "From a presentation" or from a "Blank page". The document is built from chapters and blocks: Images, Before / After, 360 tour, Materials and finishes, Furniture and items with prices and total, Schedule, Plans and documents… "Preview" shows the result on Screen, Phone and Paper, and your client can "Download as PDF". "Share" puts the link online, with a password, an expiry date and a QR code if you wish; the list shows when your client opened it. A new brand system saves you time if you design for several stores or companies: in "Brands", "Import from website" picks up the logo, colors, fonts and contact details automatically, or you set them by hand. Each presentation carries its brand, and editing a brand updates all its presentations.
Learn more: Client PresentationsMoodboards: a section of their own for your inspiration boards
Where to find it: Moodboards → "New moodboard"
Pick a format (Landscape, Paper landscape, Paper portrait, Square), then start from a blank page or a template. The "Add to the canvas" panel brings together your images (dragged, pasted, or "From a web page"), furniture and shades from the catalog and your library, images from your projects and the gallery, text, shapes and ready-to-fill "Layouts". "Extract from an image" places the palette of a photo's dominant colors next to it. "Download" produces a PNG image or an A4 or A3 PDF, even from a phone. Attached to a project, the moodboard also appears in that project's Moodboards tab.

Where to find it: Account menu → Theme
Choose Light, Dark, or System to follow your device setting.

Notes for the render: paint the area, then describe it
Where to find it: Studio → Render → "Annotate the image"
Paint the element on the image, one color per note, then write what the original image shows poorly or not at all: a texture, lighting, a finish. The render should take it into account; let us know if it does not. A note clarifies an element that is already there: it will not move a wall or add furniture.
Learn more: AI RenderingStep-by-step editing, with the smart click
Where to find it: Studio → Edit → Layers
Create a "New layer", choose what the area becomes (Modify, Remove, Add, Replace), mark it, then set a color and its finish, a texture, or the object to place, taken from the catalog or imported. The "Smart click", which takes over from the magic wand, selects a whole object in one click; Alt + click removes a part of it. The brush, the polygon and the eraser refine the area.
Learn more: AI Image EditingProjects: every image keeps its versions, and the project also holds your documents
Where to find it: Projects → a project → Images, Moodboards, Presentations, Trash tabs
A render, an edit or a retouch stacks onto its original image: open the image to browse its versions, "Compare with the original image", "Add to favorites" or "Open in the Studio". "Edit image" saves your retouch as a new version, without overwriting the original. Folders can take a color, and a file dropped onto the page is imported right away. In the list, a project menu lets you "Pin" it, "Archive" it or "Download project" in full; "Shared with me" gathers your collaborators' projects, and the "Trash" gives back a deleted project with everything in it.
Gallery: all your images on a wall sorted by date
Where to find it: Gallery
Images from all your projects, shared ones included, appear from newest to oldest, each in its own proportions. Search by image or project name, filter by Project, Type and Period, or show only your Favorites. A selection downloads sorted by project, and "Share image" uses your device's sharing or copies its link.
Collaboration: share with your team and edit together, live
Where to find it: Collaboration, and "Share" → Team tab in a presentation or a moodboard
In a project menu, "Share with the team" posts it in a conversation; whatever is shared with you lands in "Shared with me", in Projects, Presentations and Moodboards. Two people can edit the same presentation or moodboard at the same time, each seeing the other's changes right away. "Team comments" lets you write to your collaborators while quoting a block or an element. On the team side: invitations by code, QR code or a link to copy, a private message in one click from the member list, and "Offer ownership" to hand the team over to a member.
On phone and tablet, an app designed for your fingers
Where to find it: Tab bar at the bottom of the screen: Home, Projects, Studio, Gallery, More
The Studio, your projects and the gallery are right under your thumb; "More" opens the rest. On a phone, the Studio settings open in a sheet at the bottom of the screen, and you can touch up a presentation or a moodboard: edit a text, replace an image, add a photo taken on site. To put RenderThink on your home screen: "Install RenderThink", in "More".
SketchUp and InSitu plugins: the Studio opens inside the plugin window
Where to find it: Install RenderThink → Plugins
The plugin needs to be reinstalled: download the new version from "Install RenderThink", then install it. Signing in takes one button, "Sign in with my browser", then you authorize access in your browser. You then find the Studio: send the SketchUp or InSitu view to a project, or start from a project image, for a render or a staging; editing and upscaling start from an existing render.

Fixes1
Bug fixes
Where to find it: The whole app
Generated images are saved in a much lighter format, which spares your storage space. A generation can no longer stay "In progress" forever, and one that does not succeed gives your credits back, showing the exact amount. Two people editing a moodboard at the same time no longer overwrite each other's changes.
