Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light.

Living and dining

Two rooms, one light: the wooden screen separates the meal from the sofa without closing off the window.

Dining area behind the screen: round marble table, mismatched chairs and dome pendants, photorealistic render

Behind the screen, the dining area stands on its own around the marble table. The mismatched chairs bring the colour the rest of the room holds back, and the matt black panel sets off the print.

A staircase that sets the tone: the first image you keep of the home.

The floating wooden treads and the black handrail stand out against the deep blue-green wall. The full-height cupboard takes the whole family’s storage.

What holds up a sales launch

  1. You

Your buyers hesitate to sign a reservation for an apartment they cannot live in for 18 to 24 months and struggle to picture from a floor plan.

    RenderThink

Upload your architects' exports and generate a photorealistic render of the future living room in under a minute per image, complete with natural light, finishes, and furniture. Buyers can see their future home before signing.

  2. You

Having marketing visuals produced by a 3D perspective agency takes several weeks, and every camera-angle or material change adds another delay.

    RenderThink

AI rendering is ready in minutes, directly from a browser, with no installation and no dedicated graphics card. Every adjustment is near-instant, with no amendments or drawn-out back-and-forth.

  3. You

Presenting finish options with a sample book forces buyers to guess the final result, which fuels hesitation and costly late-stage change requests during construction.

    RenderThink

With AI editing, show each variant on a photorealistic render of the actual apartment: oak or walnut flooring, white or marble-effect tile. You paint the surface to modify, then RenderThink applies the new finish or a catalog product.

  4. You

A development has several typologies (from studio to penthouse), and producing one visual per room and per unit becomes economically impossible with an agency charging per image.

    RenderThink

AI rendering scales: launch the visuals for every typology, or even every individual unit, at once, with no per-image invoice, and bundle them into sales packages shareable via a secure link.

From the architect’s exports to the sales file

  1. Collect the architect’s views

Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or SketchUp: one exported image per unit type and per room is enough. No BIM file leaves your office, no rendering setting has to be tuned.

  2. Start the whole scheme

The unit types go to render together and come back in about a minute each, up to 8K for the printed brochure. Finish options are then varied with the brush.

  3. Arm the sales team

One file per unit, shared through a secure link with a password and an expiry date, which the buyer opens in the sales office or at home, without creating an account.

Frequently asked questions

Is AI rendering suitable for off-plan (VEFA) sales?

Yes. This is exactly the intended use case: your buyers purchase a property they cannot visit or live in before delivery. A photorealistic render shows them their future apartment, with lighting, finishes, and furniture, helping them project themselves into the space and decide with confidence.

Which of my architects' software tools are compatible?

Any software that can export an image works. Your teams export their views from Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or SketchUp in PNG, JPEG or WebP format, then upload them to the platform, with no bridge to set up. Those working in SketchUp can install an optional plugin that captures the view on screen and starts the render without leaving the software.

How can I show the different finish options to a buyer?

With AI editing, you generate each variant directly on the render of the actual apartment: light oak or dark walnut flooring, white or marble-effect tile, gray or white paint. You paint the relevant surface, choose the finish or a catalog product, and RenderThink applies it without reopening the design software.

Do I need a powerful computer or any installation to produce the renders?

No. Everything runs from a browser, with no installation and no dedicated graphics card. A single image is rendered in under a minute. You can try the platform free for 14 days by uploading a sample apartment from your current development.

Can several colleagues follow the same development?

Yes. A team space gathers projects, presentations and conversations by channel, which spares you from sending visuals as attachments. Documents are co-edited live and commented on in the same place. Credits are transferred between members on request: whoever runs low asks the team, and any teammate whose plan allows it grants the amount they choose.

How long for the visuals of a whole development?

Each render comes back in about a minute, and the views of a development start as a batch: unit types from studio to penthouse come back together, ready for the brochure, instead of several weeks at a visualisation agency. The median times measured in production in September 2026 go from 30 seconds in 1K to just over a minute in 8K, a format suited to print.

How much do the visuals cost per unit?

Each render or finish option uses credits included in your subscription, more in 4K and 8K; the sales file shared by link and teamwork use none. The free 14-day trial includes credits to test on a first development.
